Launched alongside the rest of the G Le2 family in July 2019, this fairway wood paired a thinner, faster maraging C300 steel face with Ping's eight-position adjustable hosel, giving fitters real loft and lie adjustment (roughly plus or minus 1.5 degrees) on a women's-specific fairway wood rather than a single fixed setting - a genuine step up in fitting flexibility over the non-adjustable G Le fairway wood it replaced. Ping again built in extra heel-side weighting specifically to combat the common block-or-slice miss, on the lightweight ULT 240 graphite shaft with a garnet-colored Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 grip. It shipped in 19, 22, 26 and 30-degree lofts (3-, 5-, 7- and 9-wood) at roughly $270 per club.

A well-specified, purpose-built forgiveness club with genuine adjustability advances over its predecessor, but no independent reputation or scarcity of its own - valued today purely on functional merit rather than any collectible status.
